Like you, we are in shock, angry and heartbroken about the senseless violence that occurred in Highland Park. While all of us know the need to reach out to those in need, that need is greater than perhaps ever before. As always, we are here for the entire community and our licensed clinical social workers are specifically trained to deal with loss, regardless of the circumstance.
Processing this tragedy, grieving and mourning as individuals, families, and as a greater community, accepting help and support, talking to our children and grandchildren, and taking the necessary steps forward are extremely difficult. The Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss is here to help anyone during times of crisis.
Please follow our updates on Facebook at the Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss, on Instagram at tulipsforlauri and on Twitter at @tulipsforlauri. We will also be posting updates to our website at www.tulipsforlauri.org.
On behalf of everyone at the Lauri S. Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss, our hearts are with those who lost loved ones, those who were injured, and those who experienced a connection to the day’s events.
We are here to support our community as we all process this tragedy together.
